The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The Chunxi walking street is just 2 stops away. The hotel has modern rooms and a good breakfast buffet catering to both local and Western tastes. There is a friendly and polite staff, and an Asian restaurant on the second level.

The dinner menu at the hotel restaurant was not great, and the service was slow.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location in the city center. The hotel was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The facilities, especially the club level, were awesome for enjoying sodas and snacks. The train station right outside the hotel made it really convenient to explore the city, and we were almost closed to everything we wanted to visit, including the IFS and shopping street. The hotel's central location also ensured easy access to major tourist spots. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We chose the Holiday Inn for its great location and proximity to the metro system, and it did not disappoint. The hotel staff, especially Shirley at the concierge desk, were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided excellent directions, restaurant recommendations, and even arranged for tickets to the Chengdu Sichuan Opera. The hotel restaurants offered delicious food and a wide selection. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chengdu.

Featuring luxury amenities and exclusive facilities, this hotel fulfilled all my expectations during my stay. the room was spacious and comfortable, with elegant room advantages that added to the luxurious experience. the dinner at the restaurant was exceptional, with a wide range of delectable options to choose from. the bar/lounge area was cozy and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. the private facilities in the hotel provided a sense of privacy and exclusivity that made my stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, the location advantages were great, as the hotel was situated within walking distance from many shopping areas and attractions.

The Internet connection was lacking and quite unreliable. Although the staff tried to fix the issue, it was still a minor inconvenience that affected my overall experience.

Despite being during the Christmas holiday, I was happy to receive complimentary drinks upon check-in and chocolates on my pillow. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and a bustling street market, making it easy to travel and explore the city on foot. The breakfast was also a highlight with an impressive variety of dishes.

My stay was not entirely enjoyable. The room was quite small and I had difficulty finding space to store my luggage.
